Nutritional Databases
The following Microsoft Word documents are the nutrition databases referred to in Module 8.
Database A lists the number of calories in common foods and the source (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins) of the energy.
Database B lists the amount of the major vitamins and minerals found in common foods.
Database C contains the Recommended Daily Allowances (RDAs), for selected nutrients, for infants, children under 4 years, adults and children over 4 years, and pregnant/lactating women.
