Watch Ad

Notice that the girl and boy are eating a meal together. The girl is throwing water into the boy’s face. Look at the slogan to the bottom right: “Serving the drink just like he asked for it.”

  1. First, what do you think the ad is trying to say? What is it trying to get you to do, and how?
  2. What do you think about the boy in the ad? How about the girl?
  3. Who do you think is the stronger person in the ad?
  4. What do you think the boy did to the girl?
  5. If you had to pick boy or girl, who do you think the ad was for?
  6. Does the ad get your attention? How?
  7. Does the ad keep your interest? How?
  8. Would you go out and buy the advertised product? Why?
